Vectir 4.1 featuring Lock Screen Widgets has just been released! Lock screen widgets provide remote control from the lock screen on your phone or tablet. Currently this is only available for Android (app version 4.1) but might be added for iOS later in the year.
The latest version of the Vectir Android remote control app also fixes the prevent sleep feature. The existing method of preventing device sleep relied on a depreciated method. This should now be working again from the ‘Prevent Sleep’ feature under Settings. When this setting is enabled the screen on your phone or tablet will remain on while one of the Vectir remote control screens is open.
PC version 4.1 has also been updated with a new signing certificate since the last one had expired. This identifies Incendo Technology as a verified publisher to Windows.
Vectir PC remote Control For Android is now available in Google Play.
Head over to the Vectir PC Remote Control download page for the latest version of the PC remote control server.
