Overview

Remote profiles are downloaded to mobile phones and configure the display and keypad for the remote control of a specific application or feature on your PC. Remote profiles are used with the Bluetooth Remote control feature and will be compatible with any new wireless technologies that may be added in the future such as WiFi.

Remote Profile Types

Vectir supports the following remote profile types:

• Custom - Can be designed for the remote control of any custom feature or application
• Desktop - Shows the computer desktop on the phone but also supports custom commands
• File Browser - Lets the user browse the computers hard drive from their phone*
